I believe the reason for its existence the eagles from the chickens and of to accord honor to whom has attained the height.So,any one moving that motion or militating against it does not in anyway deserve honor.

its quite a nice concept which should be sustained .it's a form of standard one seeks to attain and so one feels challenged and works harder
